The NYCC Office of Financial Aid assists students in meeting their financial obligations to the College with the aid of scholarships, grants and loans. Below you’ll find a listing of sources of financial aid and information about eligibility.
New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
- State grant program available to NYS residents, and provides tuition up to a maximum of $550 per year.

NYCC participates in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). During the financial aid process, applicants receive information on recommended lenders that the college has surveyed and evaluated. Specific lender information and details on the college’s lender evaluation process are included with the applicant’s financial aid award letter. It is important to note you have the right to borrow from any lender of your choice.
